President’s Message

Dear AACIO members and colleagues,

It is that time of the year again that we are very excited to invite all of you to our semi-annual dinner meeting of AACIO on November 12, 2017 at the world famous The Yellow Chilli Restaurant, 7850 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, California about 8 miles from the Anaheim convention center. We chose this restaurant because of its proximity to the convention center (HWY 5, along the entertainment parks), it’s nice décor and a large amount of space and plenty of free parking with an easy access. Furthermore, this is one of master chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s franchise restaurants. I invite each one of you to this event filled dinner meeting at no cost of course. I assure you, your 3 to 4 hrs of time would be well spent in this meeting. Because, we have made this meeting quite interesting with delicious Indian cuisine and drinks, a brief educational program and finally an electrifying and exhilarating Bollywood music by world famous Dr. Amit Chakrabarty and his Geetanjali group. Since, we are doing this program in collaboration with the local medical associations, you will have plenty of networking and socializing opportunities. Please don’t miss this unique

moment in your life to meet, greet and enjoy the company of your friends. The AACIO Board and I extend our warm gratitude to the distinguished professor, Dr. Navin C. Nanda, Dr. Debashish Roychoudury, Dr. Jagadeesh Kalavakunta and Mrs. Lindy Chapman for their untiring and unceasing efforts to make this program successful. We are highly grateful to Astra Zeneca, Mr. Raweesh Chaudhary and his distinguished colleagues for their unconditional support to this educational program. Dr. Nanda and I personally thank Dr. Kartik Thaker and their association for collaborating with us in this nice program. We are highly indebted to Dr. Amit Chakrabarty and his sponsor Mr. Harish Thadhani for using their precious time and resources for entertaining our exciting audience. Finally, I share with you the good news that our user friendly new website is almost ready and hopefully, this will make your interactions with AACIO much easier than before. Of course, your active participation in AACIO with membership will enhance its scope strength and we hope make AACIO a permanent body to serve the needs of all the cardiologist of Indian origin forever.
